  • Advance Payments: The 50% advance payment is entirely non-refundable once development work has commenced following the approval of the sample website.
  • Completed or Partially Completed Work: No refunds are available for any work that has been initiated, partially completed, or fully delivered.
  • Approved Designs: Once a design milestone is approved and payment is made, that payment is non-refundable.
  • Invested Hours: Refunds will not be granted for development, design, or consultation hours already invested by the Webmania team.

If a client decides to stop, pause, abandon, or cancel the project at any stage after the advance payment has been made:

  • No payments made up to that point are refundable.
  • The client remains responsible for any outstanding payments relative to the amount of work completed prior to cancellation.

Timely communication is crucial for project success.

  • If a project remains inactive for 30 or more consecutive days due to a lack of response, feedback, or content provision from the client, Webmania reserves the right to classify the project as abandoned.
  • Abandoned projects are subject to immediate termination without refund.
  • Should the client wish to resume an abandoned project, additional charges and a revised timeline will apply.

Webmania frequently purchases or provisions third-party assets on behalf of clients. Payments made for the following items are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Domain registration and renewals
  • Hosting services and server costs
  • Premium WordPress plugins or extensions
  • Premium themes or design templates
  • Software licenses
  • Any other third-party services or API costs
